Why it’s almost great (but not quite)

The location was very close to the aqueduct which made exploring a breeze, and the decor in the rooms was cute and simple, providing a cozy vibe.

My experience was marred by a challenging check-in and some dampness in the bedding that detracted from a restful night.

The hotel lacks proper staffing, making issue resolution inconvenient. Expect low temperatures in rooms, as one unit struggled to warm a chilly 13°C. Noise levels are disruptive, with sounds echoing from rowdy guests—definitely not the place for a peaceful night's rest. Also, the lack of an elevator means hauling luggage up narrow stairs can be a hassle.

Loved the spacious, clean room right by the viaduct—perfect for exploring! The cozy blanket was a lifesaver, and I slept like a queen on that memory foam bed, dampness and all!

The stairs are perfect if you enjoy a good workout! Just don’t drop your luggage or you might scare the neighbors!
